Roselawn

This kitchen was more than just a remodel, it was about creating a flow that worked for the homeowner and her budget. This galley style kitchen optimizes the existing space and provides the homeowner with plenty of prep and storage space. Our staff space-planning expert Interior Designer worked in a pantry that seems to be “hidden” from the main kitchen space. Dark wood cabinets pair perfectly with the light, geometric backsplash to keep this space modern, yet down to earth. To finish this space for the homeowners, we had to take several previous additions and remodels and turn it into one large remodel that joined the space together. There were several beams that needed to be installed to accomplish this feat. In total, the owner invested around 95k to complete this kitchen; however, the removal of load bearing walls and the overhaul of the space stole a large portion of the budget, making this a non-typical remodel.
