A beautiful kitchen and dining space made that much more extravagant by the floor to ceiling windows in the dining room. This naturally lit room sheds light on the clean kitchen cabinets, new island, miniature glass brick tile backsplash, and a built in TV. But with a view like that, who needs television? The total investment for this project was $150k but included new solid wood flooring on the main level and oversize glass entry doors. To pull this renovation off, we had to create a better workflow and open it up to the dining room. We removed a peninsula and installed a large island. Overall, this renovation took 10 weeks to complete.
