Classic design, with all the modern bells and whistles, come together in this South Minneapolis kitchen remodel. Bright, clean cabinets with a traditional design by Annie Ballentine Designs compliment the warm (literally-radiant heated) wood floors. With plenty of storage, an apron sink, and a large kitchen island (just to name a few) this kitchen is a chef's dream. Count 4 faucets! Le Courneau range! For this total kitchen remodel, the owner invested $200k+. This project required the demo of 3 rooms, structural modifications, moving doors and windows, a new heating system, stucco patching, custom gutters, floor leveling, custom cabinets and on and on! This project took the help of a laundry list of our trade partners including a plumber, electrician, hvac, hardwood, cabinet maker, stone fabricator, and stucco subcontractor. This project took approximately 16 weeks to complete.
