29th Avenue

This bathroom went from a small, bathtub only room with limited head space, to a spacious retreat with enough height for a shower. To achieve this added headroom, we dormered out the roof to allow for the height the owner wanted to install a shower. In today’s world, showers are much more convenient than bathtubs, and we were excited to bring this bathroom into the 21st century. New tile, a new tub/shower combo, and built-in storage top off the timeless look of this bathroom. In total, the owners invested $40k; however, this was no typical remodel, with the added dormer portion stealing a lot of the budget.
