Katie is the Office Manager at Platinum Remodeling. Katie manages projects such as home repairs, residential painting, and small home updates.

With a degree in Management and minor in Fine Arts, being the Office Manager allows Katie to improve upon the business processes creatively.

Katie loves that every day at her job is different, and each day brings a new challenge. It is a continuous opportunity to learn and grow. She is always eager to improve processes and solve complex problems.

When it comes to her own personal design aesthetic, she likes a blend of simple, rustic, and industrial design elements. She also has an appreciation for old homes and the craftsmanship that went into building them.

Katie lives in the western metro area with her husband David, her daughters Piper & Lily, and adopted dogs, Remi and Lucy.

Katie grew up in Indiana, and some of her best childhood memories are her times spent on Lake Michigan. She loves being around the water and loves to take advantage of all of the wonderful lakes that Minnesota has to offer.

When Katie isn’t at work, she is spending time with her family and playing with her two dogs, who she says are far from perfect, but are greatly loved by her family. She is a huge animal lover and has recently adopted chickens!

Katie also enjoys painting, interior decorating, working in her yard, sewing, and golfing. “Although I work in the office,” says Katie, “I love to work on my own house projects and I’m not afraid to roll-up my sleeves and use some power tools”. She also loves Rice Krispie Treats and getting hugs and kisses from her daughters every day.
