Estimates are itemized, allowing you to choose from the list of things you want done and when you want them completed. Estimates are priced by the job, not an hourly rate. As long as nothing unforeseen arises, you pay the pre-determined fixed amount. Estimates can be scheduled within 1-3 days of your request. Depending on the size of the job, a price may be given on site or worked up and returned within 7 days.
